Membership in the Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce entitles businesses and individuals to a special package of benefits and services.

  • Your Business Listing in GWCOC Membership Directories (Print & Online)
    Did you know that studies show that membership with a Chamber of Commerce provides credibility and added trust from consumers to a business? GWCOC members are listed in our online Business Directory and in our annual publication, The Best of the Wildwoods Vacation Planner. The magazine is provided free to the public and is available both in print and online. Each year, 55,000 printed copies are distributed and the online version (viewable at gwcoc.com, gwcoc.org, wildwooods.com and wildwoodsnj.com) boosts circulation to over 2,000,000 potential customers!
  • Two FREE E-blasts per membership year.
    As a Chamber member, you receive TWO FREE e-blasts during the respective membership year.  E-blasts must be scheduled and submitted within your membership year! They do not carry over to the next membership year.
    Each e-blast is received by up to 12,000 unique email addresses. Want to schedule more than two? The Chamber offers a very affordable option at just $60 per e-blast.
  • Brochure, Coupon, Business Card & Event Poster Display
    Market your business or event at our Pacific Avenue office. Is your business or organization hosting an event? Be sure to send your posters to us for display!

    Have vacancies? Let us know and we’ll put you on our online Vacancy Listing as well as inform callers and walk-in visitors that you have availability.

    Hit your target audience with your next promotional mailing! For just $60, you can purchase mailing labels from the Chamber’s membership and business associates databases.

 

Networking

  • Nine Monthly Membership Luncheon Meetings
    Summer months excluded, GWCOC hosts monthly membership luncheons on the second Wednesday of each month. The first half hour is dedicated to networking, followed by lunch and presentation.
  • Quarterly After-Hours Networking Mixers
    These gatherings are designed to allow members to network with each other in a casual atmosphere.
  • GWCOC Committees
    Join a GWCOC committee of interest to you to network with other members. They'll learn more about you and your business.
  • GWCOC Events
    Chamber events and programs provide members with great opportunities to get to know new people and expand your prospect base. Chamber events are innovative and fun ways to meet potential customers, clients, and vendors.

Business & Educational Development

  • FREE or Low-Cost Seminars and Community Care Events
    Attend free or low-cost seminars that feature trends, practices and services to help grow and keep your business competitive. Past seminars have had speakers from Google, Expedia, and other industry leaders. We also host community events such as the Red Cross Blood Drive.
  • Online Lunch & Learn Sessions
    Originally implemented out of necessity during the pandemic, this very popular benefit is here to stay! With each session less than 30 minutes, members learn about relevant business/community related issues.

 

Additional Business Services

  • FREE or Low-Cost Conference Room Rental
    The Chamber building is yours to use! From trade shows to baby showers, you can utilize the Chamber Conference Center for your event. If held during normal Chamber business hours, there is no charge for members. After normal business hours, the room rental rate is $15 per hour. This fee is strictly to cover the cost of staffing.
  • FREE Notary Services
    Don’t waste time or money! The Chamber staff is happy to provide Notary Services to our members free of charge. Services available at the Chamber’s Business office on Pacific Avenue.
